Absolutely superb service from C2Kit in supplying extremely smart, brand new looking re-manufactured HP laptops. Great value but more importantly, genuinely brilliant service with nothing being a problem. Why waste money on a new so-so laptop when you can get a high spec re-manufactured one with a longer warranty and the reassurance of knowing that Craig and his team will help you out with any problems. I have been a satisfied C2KIT customer in South Africa for some time and while travelling in Europe this summer I ran into a technical problem and a malfunctioning battery with my laptop which had been purchased in SA.
In trying to contact the SA office to get help find a solution, I discovered a C2KIT branch in the UK.
Although I was the UK operation’s very first phone-in customer and one with a problem to boot!...the usual excellent service levels kicked. As a result it was not long before a solution was found between the UK and SA offices – the latter which managed to get through to me eventually in rural France.
A replacement battery were ordered and were waiting for me when I got back to SA, thereby limiting any further downtime on this laptop to a minimum.
I’m sure that the ‘new’ UK C2KIT will be great addition to the UK’s IT menu of services’ options, especially if my ‘problems’ are to be an example of their ability to deal with service and customer related issues.
I wish the new C2KIT operation the very best of British!
