Laptop Delivery

C2KIT wants you to be satisfied with the remanufactured laptop or refurbished desktop you have purchased from us. We do occasionally have customers who want to return goods purchased from us. If you’re one of the few customers who would like to return your goods, you are entitled to cancel any sale concluded on this website within 14 days after the date of receipt of the goods.

You must inform us of your wish to return goods, by contacting our offices via email, online chat, by filling an online support form or by phoning our office for remote online support.

In this event, please return the goods in the same condition and packaging as originally purchased within 14 days of your notice to cancel, and we will refund you within 14 days after we receive the returned goods.

Easy Desktop or Laptop Returns

You may also cancel a sale where delivery is delayed beyond 30 days from the order date.

The user shall be entirely responsible for all personal data stored on any goods returned in accordance with this Returns Policy. The user warrants that before returning any goods, they shall make all necessary arrangements for the backing up of their personal or company data and expressly indemnifies C2KIT, its employees, agents and the like against any loss, claim or damage, including associated costs, which may be suffered by yourself or any third party arising through the loss of personal or company data. Without limiting the generality of the aforementioned, customers will additionally be required to sign the Repair Service Agreement. Where a customer does not sign a Repair Service Agreement on return of the goods, then a Returns Service Agreement shall be deemed to have been signed.

C2KIT Delivery

Our offices will provide the return address once you have informed us of your wish to return goods.

We may, in some circumstances, charge a handling fee of up to 15% of the invoiced price. An additional charge will be levied, equivalent to the cost of repairs to bring the goods back to the same condition they were supplied in, or if the goods are returned damaged through customer misuse, alteration or tampering or are in an unsaleable condition. All charges will be offset against the value of the refund.
